Teaching offer

The offered modules start in WS 2017/18 and are suitable for students from Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and partially also Computer Science with interest in numerical optimization and its applications
The lecture Convex Optimization for the Internet of Things in the WS 2019/2020 will take place on Tuesdays from 10:15 to 11:45 in room EN 152 and the Project will include 5 sessions on Wednesdays 14:15 to 15:45 in room EN 152. The first lecture will be on 15.10.2019 and there is a maximum of 30 participants.

- Using large real IoT data to individualized the digital twins of smart buildings of the future smart city

- Improving the training and verification of deep-learning based MPC controllers 

- Predictive HVAC Control of a chicken-sized model building [link]
